ALL on 4 is a technology made to replace an entire set of teeth in a jaw with a fixed dental prosthesis supported by four implants. In actuality, it’s prosthesis of 12 teeth designed to restore a full jaw that’s affixed to 4, 6, or 8 implants. 

With this method, a full jaw can be restored without requiring the placement of a dental implant for each tooth. In the end, only 8 to 12 implants are required to restore a full mouth with 24 teeth.

All patients who are toothless, do not have a pervasive illness that could pose a challenge for the dental implant procedure, and have adequate bone are candidates for the All On Four treatment.

Process:

First, the dentist will evaluate your health and see if you are having trouble with blood pressure, diabetes or gum.

On the day of the surgery, local anesthesia will be applied, and 8 implants will be replaced in the upper and lower jaw -4 for each jaw- (for people with a full mouth restriction)

You will have to wear the temporary prosthesis for 3 months until your bone and the implants are connected and, the gum is finally healed.

After 3 months, your dentist will apply the crowns on the top of the implants to finally have a full mouth.
